Calling all agents in northwest Indiana looking to invest in Hammond or Gary area let’s connect and find some deals

Looking to get my first deal after I refi but was wondering if Its a good idea or even ok to shop around for lenders to find the best loan and rate. Also I heard if you do multiple credit checks in a two week span it only counts as one check on your credit is this true? After doing a cash out refi do I just immediately apply again for a conventional loan or is this something I should do all at once when doing a refi?

Hello BP looking for my first deal and was wanting to know if it’s better to get a heloc on my home now or do a cash out refi. Could I refi and then do a heloc on my home or is it just one or the other kinda thing. Also where do you get a heloc do lenders do this?

Hello BP Community. I am just getting started and going in to get pre approved my question is if I have enough money for two down payments can I split the loan if enough to purchase two investment properties or do I have to get two separate loans. Thanks in advance for your advice

Hello everyone. Is it possible to use my pension to acquire properties and how does it all work? Can I borrow and not have to pay it back or do I pay it back with interest. Is there a time limit to pay it back if I have to. Also wondering if this is a good strategy at all if it can be done. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated just want to consider all options before I get into the game.
