Can anyone help me I have purchased a brrrr property but I am stuck at the rehab part. Everytime I ask a construction company to do the rehab they tell me that that don't have the man power to take on a job like the one I have. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to take as far as the step.

Hello guys. Ok to make a long story for I need a construction crew to do some a job in Springfield ma. I don't have a huge budget to work with. I here you but I really don't have the capital to invest in new York city people are buying everything and it's really difficult out here with the tenants laws. Nobody in New York city have to pay any rent and new York tenants can just do anything they want after just 30 days of living in a location.
