What qualities should you look for in finding an agent? What questions should I ask to vet them?

Over the last 3 months, I have called agencies here in my city and " TRIED " to inquire about multi family properties .

I have spoken to a number of agents, and they say " Let me get back to ya " , yet they never call back!!! That's on properties they've listed!!

I even tried 1 agent several times ,( over these past 3 months ) & he just keeps apologizing cause he's busy. I called him yesterday afternoon & he said he'd call me back this morning at 11 am. I'm still waiting and it's been 5 hours!!! He has several multi family units listed that I'm interested in.

Do I just keep going through all the agents in town till I get someone? ANYONE??!!  Or screen and vet them till I get an agent who really wants to work with me!?

Also, how do I add Prince George, British Columbia, Canada to the " Location " tab?
