Can you give me further info.

Why are they all vacant? Do you have interior photos? Do you have any kind of a breakdown on the repairs needed for each property?

We are independent contractors for a group of REI and would love to build some mutually beneficial relationships. We are currently seeking to expand our portfolio of MF properties and are actively seeking 75-250 units in all of these locations.
