For my first LLC I used zen business. I found it useful for staying on top of filings and staying up to date with what the state requires.

We house hacked our way to 3 properties in Seattle and have 5 now - it really works! Do you work in the city, and do you have a short list yet of neighborhoods that you think would be a good investment? 

My GF goes to college in Kenmore and seattle. We are looking at any neighborhoods that provided easy commute to South Kenmore and seattle. Right now I have looked in Shoreline and Bothell.
