Quote from @Beau F Borinstein:

Hey Craig! I am an agent and investor in the area! I mainly deal with rentals as I own a turnkey rental company. I'd be happy to show you and help you buy any of these properties you are looking for and can setup a search for you!

I'll send you a dm with my info!

 Great thanks!

Hi there RE Agents,

I'm an investor looking in the Indianapolis, Speedway and Fort Wayne areas looking for some Flip opportunities. I'm looking for minimum 2 Bd/2 Ba 1100-3000 SF Built after 1950 and up to $450K all in.

I'm looking for 5 deals a month. Please let me know if you would like to team up on getting properties from these areas.

House Hacking is great. If your desire is to accumulate wealth, then I would look into Short Term Rentals in specific areas that are friendly to these rentals.  Take a look at the Short Term Shop website. They have 5 great areas that are investor friendly, and you can manage them yourself using apps.  Or, you can pay 20-30% to a management company (which I don't recommend).  Good luck!

Hey there everyone, I'm looking to have accurate info for comping homes. I'm thinking of Batch or Propstream. I won't be using skip tracing or anything. I just plan to use info for comparing home prices for investing, flipping and wholesaling purposes. Which do you recommend or is there something better out there to comp homes? Thanks for your input!

Yeah, Boise is more of an appreciation market.  However, there are deals there.

Quote from @Oliver Burke:

Hey Craig, what markets are you invested in Idaho? I just moved to Boise/mountain home area for the military and just getting started out here.

 HI there,

I'm in SE Idaho, but also will invest in Boise when the numbers make sense.  Where did you move from?

My two cents would be to find an investor friendly agent. This leads to a great relationship for your future endeavors. Good luck!
