I'm an investor looking in the Indianapolis, Speedway and Fort Wayne areas looking for some Flip opportunities. I'm looking for minimum 2 Bd/2 Ba 1100-3000 SF Built after 1950 and up to $450K all in.

I'm looking for 5 deals a month. Please let me know if you would like to team up on getting properties from these areas.

House Hacking is great. If your desire is to accumulate wealth, then I would look into Short Term Rentals in specific areas that are friendly to these rentals.  Take a look at the Short Term Shop website. They have 5 great areas that are investor friendly, and you can manage them yourself using apps.  Or, you can pay 20-30% to a management company (which I don't recommend).  Good luck!

Hey there everyone, I'm looking to have accurate info for comping homes. I'm thinking of Batch or Propstream. I won't be using skip tracing or anything. I just plan to use info for comparing home prices for investing, flipping and wholesaling purposes. Which do you recommend or is there something better out there to comp homes?
