So I want to go after probate leads. When would be a good time to contact the new property owners? I don't want to seem insensitive by contacting them too early.

I will be wholesaling in Georgia. I wanted to know if I NEEDED to have an LLC in place before I actually start. I've talked to some investors and some say you do and others say you don't. What do you guys say?

How did you aquire the property (auction,  wholesale...)?

I was driving around today and i saw a lot of rehads going on in the Kirkwood, Chandler Park area of Atlanta. Im new to investing and i was wondering if any BP members are working out that way? I would love to come out and meet you.

Now im not interested in spending 16k on the education but what do you think about the marketing side of the business? Can one really be profitable in an mlm?

My name is Courtney Price and I'm 24 from Rex, Ga. That's 20 mins. south of Atlanta for those of you who have never heard of it. Im new to biggerpockets and the real estate community.  To be honest, i dont know much about real estate investing other than what i have seen on tv and a couple of books that i have read. However, I do know that it is something that i want to do, and it is something that i want to be successful with. So guys please help! Where do i start first? All advice and help would be greatly appreciated.
