I agree with @Jordan Whitworth on both points. Congrats on getting started! That is definitely the toughest part! #2 Watch as many of the BP podcasts as you can. Start with the ones that you think are relative to the strategy that you want to use. They are super educational and overall inspiring!! The podcasts also list different books that may be help you understand real estate investing and real estate as a whole. Hi guys! I am relatively new to BP and I'm loving the community! :-)  What a wealth of information!!

Quick question: Any suggestions on the amount of time that you should allow between offers? I made an offer on a property about 5 days ago, but I have not heard anything back from the seller's agent. How soon after making the first offer do you think is appropriate (or most strategic) to make an additional offer? Should I change the terms or simply re-send the original offer and request a reply?
