With so may need laws being passed that seem to vilify landlords, do you think it’s even still worth getting into RE? 

Hello, I am looking to move to the Hoskins area from Chicago.  I will probably rent it out in a couple of years but will there for at least a year since i have to go the fha route.  I want to move into an up and coming area do you believe this is one?  If not can you please recommend others? thanks so much! 

Hi all! Had a quick question I'm having difficulty finding an answer for, as a landlord (specifically in Illinois), do I need to register or obtain licenses to operate legally? I don't think I'm forming an LLC, but am not sure yet. Thanks in advance!

@Crystal Smith thank you, I will continue looking in my area as well, it’s just i find the taxes to be astronomical compared to some other places!
