I live in California and my partner and I are investing in a duplex. We are looking for an efficient, market savvy, and computer savvy loan officer in the Grand Rapids area (or surrounding area) to help with this joint (small) purchase. I've purchased a few in California before, this is the first out of state. Thanks in advance!

Michael Beeman Zachary Hendricks thanks so much for the info! I'll consult with a lawyer just to be sure, but yes I think the LLC is a little pricey for how little I'm investing.

I see people post about their LLCs and I haven't quite determine the value in that. I own 3 SFH in CA and manage them all. Is there something I'm missing?
