@Jennifer Griffin Do you have any suggestions as to where or how to start an LLC in Wyoming? I am pretty new to the LLC side of it but want to go ahead and set one up but not exactly sure where or how to do so.

Good morning! 

I am new to this community and would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am a Realtor in the middle Georgia area ,as well as an investor in Georgia. I work for a family owned company that has been in business for about 55 years now. I have a passion for real estate and a new found passion for the investing side of it. I can see where you are coming from, but there is always risk with every investment and that just being one of the risk associated with it. 

As a Realtor in the middle Georgia area you have to be very careful about investment property or any property in Macon Georgia. There are some great areas that have beautiful homes and some areas that might be good for investing but there are also very bad areas with high crime rate in Macon. If I were you, I would suggest looking into the Warner Robins and south areas to invest in! It has a huge rental market due to Robins Air Force base.
