Interesting...i'm not an attorney or cpa, but what do you deem the benefit of placing a lien on your home over a HELOC?

I am building my wholesaling business by documenting, automating, and delegating, but I am having a challenge using technology to support the flow.  I also need to work on getting deals under contract at better prices for myself and for my end buyers. 

Hey Justin, have you made any progress in the admin side?  I'm still at the documenting my own process stage.  I may hire out a consultant to help me set up the admin flow and integrate my podio, mojo dialer, and rei rail systems. I hope it is going well for you!

Hey Alyssa, pm me.  I am a buy and hold investor and wholesaler in the Baltimore area, but am considering entering the Jacksonville, FL market.  I just started establishing some boots on the ground.  Let's chat and see where we go.  

Havre De Grace schools and rising population seem to indicate good things.  I've looked into wholesaling there but there doesn't seem to be many cash buyers according to listsource.  Good luck! 

I am definitely not utilizing podio as well as I should.  I need to set aside a weekend and drill down and integrat REIRail and other services.  

I love BP family! I had the same question. I'm have a relationship with a title company, but since I have few funds I'll wait until I secure a buyer.
