I don't, but I don't see why it would be a problem. I use venmo for everything. And I mean - if it keeps them paying the rent on time, why not?!

Hey everyone! My name is Courtney. I am from Los Angeles and live in a pretty sweet part of town called Atwater Village. I am 100% new to real estate investing - aside from owning my own home (multi-family). So I am looking to take my HELOC on the road and see if I can make my equity work for me a little. Ultimately I'd like to flip houses. The market here is super competitive right now, so I am hoping to gain insight, tips, and tricks etc. I've been lurking around BiggerPockets for a while and picked up some helpful info - like using ListSource. So I am hoping to gain more tips as I move forward! Thanks!
