Raleigh area is expensive. Have you thought about going outside of that area? Fayetteville is a hot market for rentals due to the military which is steady income. Also are you able to find off market deals? Are you looking at rehab properties? Lets connect!

Great area and beautiful home! I see these types of deals all the time, but usually off market. Having a relationship with a contractor is the biggest hurdle to overcome. For a rental, I definitely wouldn't add high-end finishes but make it look attractive. Making a profit is the goal!

If you need help with finding off market deals, I can definitely show you how!

Looking to connect with investors in Fayetteville and Raleigh, North Carolina. How are you all finding trustworthy contractors and where do you find deals?

Hi Andrew. I currently work with an a lending company that is national hard money lender. Let me know if you will like more information.

I definitely agree with everyone! Raleigh is growing fast and any part of Raleigh is a great option. I also see the growth in Fayetteville, which is about 1 - 1.5 hours from the heart of Raleigh! The rental income potential is unmatched and the prices of homes are much lower compared to Raleigh. I would love to connect with you if you have anymore questions.
