What are the top zip codes in Raleigh, NC for Fix&Flip / Buy-hold?

Experienced Investor looking to grow to new market...what are the popular fix and flip neighborhoods and where do people typical look to target buy and hold properties? Neighborhoods that are seeing growth? Neighborhoods to avoid?

Really in zip code in Raleigh is fine for rehabbing due to the demand, assuming you can find a good deal. As far as buy and hold, 27610, 27604, and 27603 will for the most part have your lowest price points. Cash flow will be hard to come by regardless but those three zip codes give you the best chance in my opinion.

I definitely agree with everyone! Raleigh is growing fast and any part of Raleigh is a great option. I also see the growth in Fayetteville, which is about 1 - 1.5 hours from the heart of Raleigh! The rental income potential is unmatched and the prices of homes are much lower compared to Raleigh. I would love to connect with you if you have anymore questions.

Anything inside the beltline is my criteria. Raleigh is growing so fast. A home, especially a single family home, is going to be hard to come by (already is) for the average homebuyer...particularly once Apple finishes construction on their headquarters. I own in 27612, 27603, and 27610. All of my units cashflow and the appreciation has been unbelievably awesome.

^ This is 100% accurate. My home is in the 27610 part of Raleigh, and I got a good deal financing wise on the property. Price was okayish, but it's definitely appreciated by a significant amount even in year and a half since I've owned it. If I rented it out today, I could probably get some cash flow out of it, but that's mostly due to the location + the great financing I got before rates and prices increased.
