Hello everyone, This is my long overdue introduction to BP. I joined a few months ago and have been listening to podcasts and reading posts like crazy! I just closed on my first on purpose rental property on Friday and hope to have it rented by the end of this month. I really like the amount on knowledge that the forum provides and hope someone can share a some rental applications and lease agreements specific to tx. Like I said earlier I do have another rental property but it has always been more of an after thought on screening tenants. It's time to get serious and treat this like the business it is. Thanks again BP!
