@Lucas Ayers Reno work can be detrimental and extra beneficial depending on the scenario, id be glad to discuss the idea of double dipping on Cost seg here.

@Kene Okeke i'd be happy to help, i'm pretty familiar with the area and have done some nice wok down there.

@Phil Contreras if you're doing a study regardless than it might make sense to throw it in, if you aren't the cost benefit isn't worth it, speak to your CPA regarding expensing it.

@Phil Contreras If it was placed into service from September 2017 and on its eligible for bonus, half the studies i do are lookbacks. We don't charge for the 3115 :)
