Hello BP members

My name is Cory I'm new to real estate investing.  The problem im having is I live in Maine and no one is lending in my state.   What should I do ?

Good Evening, My Name is Cory I recently found a property currently for sale rented out. But I cant find funding. Asking price is $9,500 I would need to put in about 3-4 k ARV is $20,000 . currenty renting at $325.00 a month I would easly bump it up to $350.00 a month after giving the renter 30 days notice. The current rent for the size place is $325-$360.00. I have the money for repairs through a Home Depot all covered.

I have been looking for sometime for a hardmoney or private lenders in Maine.   I only need a few thousand to buy and rehab this property.   Can anyone help.....

I found a mobile Home all set up in a park that's sell cheap.  The park took the mobile home for non payment of rent.  The problem i'm having is the park does not have a title to the mobile home saying they own it.  I was told I can buy the mobile home then take the bill or sale to the DMV and will issue me a clean title.  Has anyone ever run into this before?

My name is Cory I'm a newbie when it comes to tax liens.  I'm bidding on a tax lien propertie in another state.  When and if i'm the winning bidder I must set on propertie until Apirl 1, 2016 then pay back taxes.  If home owner would like his or her propertie back then must pay investor, myself plus 5% interest.  The propertie as is , is worth over 40k. Is this a good deal. Let me know what you guys think.
