@Peter MacKercher Wow thanks I will definitely be reaching out! Saint Louis has many multi family properties but it seems like many are overpriced or get purchased quickly. Thoughts?

@Michael Slawin Great! I also was racking my brain and figured it might be better to invest in the county.  I’ve seen some improvements within the city and don’t want to miss out on undervalued properties.

@Zul Budhwani working with REI Nation might be perfect for my situation actually. I'm in Europe most the year and would love to hear your insight on both areas.

Thanks for you responses! This is exciting stuff for me but it’s been difficult to dive in being overseas. Any ideas how to best approach that?

Hey Bigger Pockets community! Stepping outside of my comfort zone here but thought hey why not! I am a newbie investor interested in the tricky but potentially rewarding Saint Louis market.

I too am in a tricky situation myself. I am currently in Europe playing professional basketball so I am only in Saint Louis in the summers. No matter how many podcast listened to or books read I don't see a clear way to approach getting started! I don't have the typical job so this complicates many things.

I'm also originally from the Dallas area and open to investing in that market as well. I am looking forward to networking and learning as much as I can from this community! Any advice and personal experience is greatly appreciated!
