Hi BP world :)

I am a newbie looking for recommendations, mentorship, partnerships, and any guidance for out of state investing, you all may have to offer. At this time I am interested in BRRRR and/or mid-term rentals, interested in areas in Tuscaloosa, AL, Oklahoma City, OK, Tucson, AZ or Cleveland OH as the markets best fit my current financials and seem lower risk for a beginner.
