Looking to purchase my first buy & hold soon. I don’t have a large % to put down & house hacking isn’t an option.

Others way to buy a deal with no-low money down?

@Sean Rooks that's awesome Sean good for you! I'm looking for my first BRRRR deal. How did you find yours and did you use the BRRRR calculator on BP to see if the deal worked?

I used to flip houses but then needed to stop due to family issues but now I'm looking to get back into real estate and I want to start with the BRRRR method to start building my portfolio and start getting some passive income each month. I recently bought a new home for my family and I and have nothing liquid at the moment. Should I wait to save up something? Should I refinance my house that I live in? Or is there another lending method that you have used?
