How to Finance my first deal?
I used to flip houses but then needed to stop due to family issues but now I'm looking to get back into real estate and I want to start with the BRRRR method to start building my portfolio and start getting some passive income each month. I recently bought a new home for my family and I and have nothing liquid at the moment. Should I wait to save up something? Should I refinance my house that I live in? Or is there another lending method that you have used?
