Hi there, I have a new opportunity to invest in a company and receive royalties on every product sold. I don't have a lawyer as of yet but need the documentation so I can move forward. Does anyone have any suggestions where to start?

I have already vested the company and they are all set, no debts, nothing outstanding, litigation etc..

I will receive a percentage of the company as well. % is dependent on the investment size.

Post: So what's holding you back?

@Frank Patalano we are stocking our reserves at this moment to fill a 2-3 month for each investment. We recently had a cross country relocation that threw us off track. Looking for a mastermind in the area and can not find one, if we don't find one we will set one up ourselves but are not exactly certain where to start on this as we want to surround ourselves with like minded people. While we set the reserves back into place.. What are your initial thoughts of this strategy?
