No I have not done any of that yet. It’s on my list of things to do this week. So I should probably do that first

I'm looking for a property to BRRRR should I have a private money lender set up before I find the property or is it OK to find one after I get the house under contract

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in South Euclid.

Purchase price: $122,000
Cash invested: $6,000

House hacking a duplex . Loan is $1,000 the 1st unit rents for $875 I live up stairs

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Fastest way to save so that I could buy another deal

I would use some thin set concrete to smooth out the floor and then use some vinyl snap together flooring. The thin set will help with any jagged bumps on the sub floor  the vinyl flooring will roll with the floor I would not use any glue down flooring

Thank you I wasn’t sure I bought my first property that I am house hacking  9 months ago. I have fixed up a few things to bring up the value and wasn’t sure if getting it appraised would help at all.
