@David Doyle, curious why 1977 or later?

So there is hope.....Question regarding financing, does anyone have any experience or thoughts on using a ROBS (rollover for start up financing) over traditional financing?

Hi, Looking for advice on buying an affordable self storage facility in another part of the country that can be run remotely. I live in New England and they are very expensive. Is this possible or a good idea ? Build my own? Suggestions? Thanks

I am about 15 years away from retirement and would love to be mortgage free when I retire. I would like to buy and move into my retirement home now if possible. Question, does it make sense to use my 401k money so that I either have no mortgage or a very small one? I understand the tax penalties. However, I feel like I would be saving money in the long run since I won’t be paying interest on a mortgage loan and gambling that the house will cost less now than it would in 15 years. Thanks for any advice.
