It is nice to meet you, and welcome to BP, this is a great spot for good information, I do believe as well, just keep your mind and ears open. Again welcome.

I have connected with a lot of rehabbers, flippers, and wholesalers, all of them thanking me for either following them, or vice versa. but I have yet to see a deal come of it.
So I just us it to stay connected with them, in hopes that it will produce something.

Welcome to BP, there is tons of valuable information, and remember if you don't know, ask the question.

What is the going rate for college kids, I looked into it once before just as another avenue to receive information, and or to get updated information, but the few I talked to were asking for more money then I was ready to spend at the time.

Everyone, I just wanted to take the time to say that I hope that everyone had a relaxing, fun filled, enjoyable, memorable, as well as if you are an ex-service member like I am reflecting Memorial weekend.

Please lets not forget about our boys and girls, sons and daughters, husbands and wives, friends and relatives, overseas. Fighting to preserve the freedom, and also extend the freedom for all people both home and abroad.

I am a newbie in the Real Estate Note Business, I have been laid off my job, and I really need to do something to generate cash, so I kept hearing about the real estate note business and decided to give it a try. A native of North Carolina, I now reside in West Virgina, by way of my fiance.
I was in the Food and Beverage industry when I was laid off, doing everything, from F&B Director, Executive Chef, and Rest Manager.
I would like to Specialize in Mortgage notes, Promissory notes, land contracts, Seller Carry-back financing notes, and Mobile Homes notes with land affixed, & people who do foreclosures and are interested in selling those notes in simultaneous closings.
I have been a member of bigger pockets since 03/25/2009, and must say I am impressed thus far.
