I can live where u want but near other orthodox that is part of my religion. So let's say there is a two family multifamily near me and I called the agent there is a sign out side the house and he said 599 it is negotiable. What would I do? I mean should I check it out and what do I say?

I have a question for Brandon Turner and others. 

I watched the multifamily webinar about two weeks. So no one asked this question. So here it is I want to buy a house to live in but want to make money so would buy a multifamily home. How would I go about living in one and renting one out. I also live in farrockaway ny. I can only buy in a certain area bec i am jewish. What price range should I look that I would make money with cash flow.
