Post: Any good list providers out there??

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good listing providers? I am trying to get a list of apartments that are 5+ units.

I made an account on and read on here that if you want to narrow down your search to chose the residential option and that they did not get any results using the commercial option or had to keep changing around their list.

I am a little hesitant to use listsource. Has anyone had any success with it trying to find 5+ units? If so what was the criteria you used.

Thank you!

Conor

Hey guys,

I am going to take a shot in the dark here.. A while ago I listened to a pod cast and in it the guy talked about how he got a list of all the forclosed properties / people behind on their taxes in his area. He was very clever on how he did it. It was too long ago to remember exactly what he said. Which brings me to my question.. Does anyone know which pod cast I'm talking about?? Any help is appreciated.

Hey @Jesse Wixson

Thank you for the information!

Do you know when and where your giving that presentation on financial strategies?

I am looking to get into multi families and single family homes and would like to do 1 flip a month. I have thought about getting into student housing up at Lemoyne and Syracuse. Eventually, my "freedom number" is to have passive income of $250,000 per month

Hello everyone!

My name is Conor and I live in Syracuse, New York. I fell into real estate by chance after graduating from Niagara University. I worked as maintenance during the summers at an apartment complex for a Management company. While working I was looking for advertising, PR, or marketing type jobs since I majored in communications. It was hard to find anything and I was actually on the lawn mower when I got a call from the Management company when they told me that there was a property manager position available at a different complex and asked if I was interested. Since nothing else was landing I took the job that literally fell into my lap. After working for year and a half I found myself getting more and more excited about the possibilities that real estate investing offers and learning as much as I can. I would love to connect (or work) with any investors/mentors interested in helping a grasshopper get started. If any of you are interested I would be more than happy to see what I can do for you!

Looking forward to meeting you all,

Conor
