Can you point me in the right direction as to where I can go to set up mass mailing to lists in my area (like a trustworthy website/program/contact) to find lists/send lots of mail efficiently?

I have been looking around my area but no great deals so far. I want to start a Direct Mail Campaign to find deals before they hit the market.

I’m curious if anybody knows whether the Hamtramck area is growing or what I can expect for the future in terms of renting and Airbnb. I just put an offer down (on 4/21/23) on a house in Hamtramck. It’s a duplex, and I am concerned because this is my first buy. Will it do well. Is this a good area? looking for the details. I know very little.
