Thanks Rafael,

I'll check that link out!

Can anyone give me specific advise or websites to go to, in order to generate a list to find these motivated sellers in Camden or Gloucester County NJ.

If you don'the mind me asking how much Capitol did you start with? Are any of the properties financed?

Way to go Daniel! Want a student?

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I'll check out these options. I see it pays to be specific and persistent!

I have buyers that are specifically interested in direct deals with the seller. Can anyone suggest away to find them in specific areas and the best way to contact the seller. I have a little knowledge of lists that are available, also any recommendations for mailing sources.

Thanks

I'm new to the Real Estate investing scene. I'm interested in getting into Real Estate using little initial investment at first, to build cash to expand my portfolio and obtain cash flow properties.
