have anyone in here look at putting tiny house in lake Elsinore, California? Land still cheap and next to a lake. 30 minutes to Orange County. I have visit the area recently and I see they have Mobile home park around, but I don't know much about zoning in the area, so I am still researching @Hersh M. @Lee Ripma

I went in and truely gambling with appreciation for 2 years, bought 315k live in as primary residence,exactly 2 years I sold it 550k tax free 2005 . It took 2 months on market and I were so scare market crashed at that time but needs to hold 2 years to get tax free gains as primary residence
