Great checklist! I'd like to have had one of these made up for me in the past. I will definately use this again! Bravo.

That's a great idea. I'm going to call them and see what I can ascertain. I guess I can take things from there. I'm looking for a lawyer to help me out on this one, but thank you for the input.

Thank you all again for the great welcome. I'll look into the B-complex thing for the future.

In the past, I've contacted 1 or 2 contractors and decided whether they were reasonable. Do you think it would be better to get bids from more than that? I've never felt like I've been ripped off, but lately, I'm working with people outside of my area. Any help here would be great. Thanks.

Thanks for the welcome all! I actually did not go to Mizzou. I went out of state, but it is a really great school. I think the market here is like much of the midwest. We've got lots of growth, but nothing like in the coasts. We're in stodgy, reasonable, midwest Mizzouri. Nothing too exciting.

Johnny I was also watching BUD thanks to Warren the master. I've had my eye on nuclear power stocks of late, but I don't have any real good ideas for buys right now. I'm practicing patience.

I've tried something similar. It really is a good thing to do. Its like asking for the sale at the end of a sales call/meeting. Anyway, I've gotten good leads from the question, but haven't yet had a success. I think it will eventually lead to a deal! You should all definately do something similar to this if you're serious about finding property.

He certainly left his mark on the world. I hope Pope Benedict XVI has as good an impact on the planet as John Paul II. I guess it all officially starts really soon. I read about the pope having an email address. I wonder how many people really email him.
