@Chris Blackburn was that just the cost of the building, or was that with land fully improved in your area?

@Matt Banks Sounds like a great project.

I have been checking out my plan on

https://www.architecturaldesigns.com and

https://www.advancedhouseplans.com

I don’t know your envelope size, but you can check out different plans and see what will work with the lot.

Save a ton on your drawings as well. (I have noticed several building around Utah County using some of the customs homes off this site.)

Once you couple down it’s nice because they will actually price them out for you for around. $100

Another great resource is getting the material list for a material cost break down.

Sunpro and Bmc are great to work with to get a deeper understanding on the cost.

Hope that helps 🤙🏼

I wouldn't definitely do a little research, but would not be hesitant about being connected to someone in the Philippines. I currently am a partner in a digital marketing company and we have a sector of our company running out of the Philippines. A lot of people go there to set up call centers because they speak good English and have a skilled workforce. It sounds like you got caught up in a automated process that is not personalized and still a rough. Like I said do your research.

Anyone out there investing in North Dakota. With the lowest unemployment rates and the oil fields booming housing has become outrageous. I have been doing a lot of research and have found a lot of good information and have a general idea of what I would like to do. My question, is anyone currently investing in North Dakota? I would love some first hand insight.

I don't think it's ever a good idea to put a possible strain on a business. You always want to believe after doing your research that a deal is going to work out or go smooth, which on hope they always do, but also things can happen. I always try to give myself as little exposure as possible, and also keep all ventures separate.

Ron,

I would love you help you out, I have also been doing a lot of research on this subject. What is your budget that you are looking to spend that is a big deal when looking into to this. You can go from free software that does work but doesn't perform amazing, to something that is fully customized to what you need and want, just depends on the level of performance needed.

2 years ago I did a hard money loan with max monthly interest. I recently have been paid part of the principal, but was still in a situation on the interest owed to me. Recently the property that had I had up for collateral on the loan was going up for tax sale and I made and agreement that I would pay the back taxes on the property and one other property if he would let me close on the house by putting my interest and tax payment towards the payment of the home. He has agreed to all of this I am going to seek legal advice on this but just thought if there were any tips on how close on this property and get in my name without max tax penalties. First post thanks for any help
