I'm interested to learn how you went about finding lenders. I have great deals but have a hard time finding the funding to make it happen. I'm located in the Fayetteville NC area. I've been on BP for 4 months now just have trouble closing the deal. I'd like you talk to me about some of the banks you've used locally. Thanks

Good Day to everyone here. I have a quick question about a property that is a for sale by owner. I'm going to make an offer today to wholesale it but I just wanted a second opinion on how much. Owner is asking $110 and I ran the analysis on the BP Wholesale calculator and MAO was $80K. The only repairs needed are an update to the kitchen after viewing the home. I haven't had an inspector go through it but everything's else has been replaced as far as majors (roof, HVAC, carpet, paint) kitchen is outdated but can easily be updated for $10-15K. Please assist.
I'll link up with you Cedric Stout

Good Day to everyone here. I'm an Active Duty Officer in the Fort Bragg, NC region. I have been doing a lot of reading and research on real estate investing to begin generating passive income. I would like to connect with those local as I begin my investing endeavors so that I may gather advice. I'm very interested In Wholesaling to generate initial capital and then transition to flips and rentals in the next 12 months. Look forward to learning from you all.
