I've heard great successes with SFH using prop stream and I wanted to get some opinions on here of how well it does for Apartments and multifamily leads. Has anyone had any experience with that? Targeting properties 50+. Thanks for your feedback.

Hey @Patrick Flanagan - Are you still using PropStream for Apartments? I see this thread is about a year old and wanted see if you're still sticking with that or if you'd suggest another platform. Right now toying with the idea myself to use propstream for Multifamily. Thanks

Thank you so much. That was what I was afraid of, the damages from it. They are moving out next month, but I will immediately send them a notice that we prohibit it.

Very helpful, thank you.

Is burning Incense the same thing as smoking? We have a lease that says no smoking in or around the building, but does that cover incense as well? I'm not super familiar with incense, does it do damage in the same way smoking does? Any input would be helpful, thank you!

I was going to suggest similar to @Becca Summers by  keeping your current home as a rental and moving into a place that you could possibly house hack. Whether that be a duplex where you live in half and rent the other half, a condo/townhome that you rent the other rooms out or just a regular home with a mother-in-law apt where you rent the basement. Just anything to make something make sense. Utah is very expensive and competitive, so you might have to get creative or be willing to sacrifice on some aspects of living just to get into the game.

That's awesome! unfinished basement leads to alot of possibilities. I would like to know where you are getting your mortgage, that is a great rate!

@Chloe Dawn Murphy thats awesome! Thanks for sharing, really cool house hack. When you sold it, did you put your equity towards another rental property with a 1031?

I am house hacking, too. It's been the single best thing to jump start my real estate ventures! Let me know if I can be of any help along the way!
