I can't speak for other areas but in Riverton WY there is a lot orange burg sewer pipe.  The pipe gets roots and falls apart it's said to have a life expectancy between 10 and 60 years.  Our last rental purchase as well as are current liven fix n flip we have had to have root cutter run down the sewer.  In the future we will have the sewer cam sent down if there is any chance of orange burg pipe or other out dated material.
