I have submitted for licensure and am now waiting for that to get approved! What do you guys suggest my next move to be regarding lead generating? I’ve been told to offer free home estimates to my social media followers. Would this work? Or should I just stick to advertising and getting my name out there in other ways. What’s a way you have found most successful?

I am just beginning my career in real estate and am wondering what books you all recommend? I’d love a book that helps with leads, people skills, and some terminology to help keep my brain fresh!

I heard the quote, “the best time to buy was 20 years ago and the second best time to buy is now”. I am wondering if everyone still finds this to be relevant? Wouldn’t the best time to buy be when housing prices drop?
