So if I’m getting you correctly, an example would be to target people who live at an apartment complex that offers a pool and a gym but that they don’t use it, and tell them they could own instead of paying for this stuff they do not use?? I don’t see this as being a great tactic, maybe I’m not understanding what you mean

Thanks for the reply. My team mainly focuses on first time home buyers because there are a lot of people out there that do not know about down payment assistance or how much better buying is over renting. Not many agents target first time home buyers so we are trying to be the go to team in our area for that niche. Then when they want to sell we get listings in the future that way, or from referrals. We haven’t had a bad review because they don’t know how home buying works and nobody gives them the time of day when they have bad credit etc but we go the extra mile to do everything we can to get them qualified and show them that they don’t have to be stuck renting

Looking for first time home buyers that currently rent but are paying so much in rent that they could buy a SFH.

Hi I'm an agent and I'm on a team with a focus to target first time home buyers. Currently we get most of our leads through Facebook ads but I wanted to give direct mail a shot and I think a great place to start would be at a higher rate apartment complex. Only problem is how can I obtain the address book for the complex to send everybody a mailer? Also what tips would those of you give to get the best ROI for the mailers? Any advice is very helpful thank you!
