@Rodney Daniels Jr If you've never bought a property, then start reading - read as much and as many real estate books that you can. Go to local REI meetings, and network with local investors. Learn as much as you can before you buy a property so you can know a good deal from a bad.

Hey All,

I am a young college student, wanting to get started in real estate investing. Like most college students, I don’t have a lot of money. I’m slowly saving, to buy my first property, but it would take me a long time, even if I saved literally every cent of my money.

How would you guys start off? Wholesaling? Just wait? What can I do? Any help and advice would be welcome.
