Just Starting Out - Tips and Ideas.

Cole Miller
Posted

Hey All,

I am a young college student, wanting to get started in real estate investing. Like most college students, I don’t have a lot of money. I’m slowly saving, to buy my first property, but it would take me a long time, even if I saved literally every cent of my money.

How would you guys start off? Wholesaling? Just wait? What can I do? Any help and advice would be welcome.

I look forward to being active here!

@Cole Miller network with people who are investing in your area. See if you can get a job doing something in their company. The exposure should help a lot.
