Hi Adam,  are you open to investing in other markets outside of NY? Or are you looking to start out there? 

@Sean Carroll I have 4 list composed of nearly 200 leads.  I hand wrote the first 15 and the others I've created my own labels, and a template and print from my own home office.  I've literally stayed up til 4am every night doing this for the past 3 weeks.  Plus finding more leads in the process.

@Kristopher Gomez I don't want to give up but I see what you're saying.  I've literally put everything into this and once the hurricane happened I had to quit my job so this is it! I'm just getting anxious I should say.  But thank you!

I have started in wholesaling with a mentor. I have tons of leads 100+ with a way to find my "niche". However no deals have been made and it's been a month. I've spent over 60 hours+ in direct mail and learning, driving for dollars yet nothing? What should I do?
