So let's say this picture of Orlando is true and flipping isn't as viable. That must mean wholesaling is harder too. What are some good ways to invest in RE in this type of market? I would assume buy and hold because of the low loan interest rate if you have a traditional loan option available. What is everyone's thoughts?

You will probably want to be Just outside the Tampa area, somewhere along the peninsula. Clearwater Beach is my first choice but you would be hard pressed to even find a condo for that price. Try to look up Indian Rocks Beach and see what you think. It isn't far from Clearwater.
