Currently am actively looking at partnering with individuals on buy and hold as well as buy, rehab, and rent investment opportunities. Properties in Bend, Salem, Eugene, and Portland + surrounding areas are ones to strongly consider. Currently, I am associated with Stewardship Properties, located in Eugene, Oregon, and have the resources able to take on anything from minor repairs to serious problems.

Hello all,

My name is Cody Jurgens and I am currently looking to build relationships with wholesalers, investor minded agents and broker, and other investors who want win-win opportunities. I am currently an investor for Stewardship Properties, which is based in Eugene but we also have offices up in the Portland, Salem, and Bend areas. 

We invest mainly in single family housing and small multifamily properties but are open to considering larger scale apartment complexes. 

Anyone who we can build a winning relationship with is key. We are very active investors and I would love to talk with any body that is in need of real estate investment buyers.

Hey there! I'm Cody Jurgens from the Portland, Oregon area and am a new member here. I am new to investing and have not yet made any deals. Right now, I am trying to educate myself as much as I can by books, and now from here on bigger pockets. I want to network while gaining as much knowledge as I can from like minded individuals. All I want to do is learn more right now. Real estate is something that sparks my interest and gets me excited so I would love for anyone to let me know of some tips for beginners.
