WOW! I am new to the Columbus area and to Bigger Pockets,  it is very reassuring to see so many people willing to help one another out.  I'm a very proud new member to the community.  If there's anything that a newbie could help out with don't hesitate to reach out.

Just so every one knows this is a duplex and I would only be getting $850 rent while house hacking.  Besides it cutting my personal mortgage in half before the $850 rent from one side, it would also put me closer to my 9-5 and would put my wife within 5 minutes of school.  All emotion and convenience aside the numbers don't look good to me.  Is this as bad of a deal as I think it is?
