What an honor to display good deeds in front of a lot of other investors who might be influenced moving forward to start giving back. I would be happy to donate and help those charities who are doing the right thing day in and day out.

I'll be more than happy to take them off your hands and give the proceeds to a deserving charity that helps underserving kids that don't get the rest of the things we take for granite. I come from North Little Rock, Arkansas. Hometown of heroic cop Tommy Norman who displays this every day on social media and on CNN. Great story if you haven't heard of him before, check it out, office Tommy Norman and I have ties and the proceeds would go to him and helping out the kids in the community.

Although I live in AR, Tommy and I do a lot of traveling to St. Louis to watch the greatest team in baseball, The Cardinals.

Sounds like you want to be all over the good deals buying at an auction. When you went into bidding the 3 houses did you do much research to see if any other liens were tied down to it. Or are auctions mostly clear of that and their title?

How do you feel about bidding on properties at an auction site? I know it can be good for getting it under value, but for the flip side, how do you determine if it's free and clear without any liens attached?

Ahh okay thanks for that Tim. I was more so taking about private lending from other sources that's not a bank. Then after getting my feet wet talk with other investors to back up my creditability.

Hey Karla! Glad to see more Arkansas people on here I've come across very few. Would like to get to know you guys a little more and what strategies y'all are implementing.
