Rhett Tullis are you still able to help potentially find long term hold rental properties in OKC? I'm helping a friend look into starting his investment career by moving into a home he will eventually rent out.

Jamison Haussman I'm looking to help a friend find a buy/hold property in Oklahoma City to move into and eventually rent out. Were able to find anything? Any contacts (i.e. Real estate agents/prop mgmt companies) would be appreciated
Jeri OMahoney did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm facing the same scenario in Texas and wondering what a solution could be.

Any commercial lenders out there that dealt with a 4-plex that is legally separated into 4 individual condos that are all owned by one individual/entity? I am looking to purchase the 4-plex (All 4 condos) in one purchase/loan. Doesn't look like I will be able to purchase with conventional loan and current commercial lender is implying that I will also have issues with a commercial loan as well.

@Steven C. Suarez Did you end up deciding on a property management company? I've got a South Padre island property I'm interested in and was curious how your deal went. Additionally, do you have a realtor to recommend in South Padre?

@Alex G. Great feedback. Thanks!

@Jason Little Yes, I have mortgage broker I have done business with in the past and he was able to get me a good rate. I don't have good recs for local small bank options though. I'll send you a PM.

@Clarissa Butler Yeah, I touched base with a mortgage lender at Chase. They seemed great to work with but the rate was too high for me to move forward.
