Wow Tarl! Thank you so much for this wealth of information. Honestly I know that I want to end up Buying and Holding for rentals. But for a faster turnaround of cash and being able to smoother transition into being financially able to do this fullltime I think I will have to do a number of Rehabs/flips first and even more immediately I am willing to do wholesale deals. Can you give me any pointers as tto o how go about starting wholesaling. I figure that by getting involved in my local REIA as well as of course the BP community I will find investors who are looking for these deals but any suggestions on what are the best strategies of finding wholesale deals?

Hello fellow BPers! I am new to real estate investing and new to the community. I have been interested for a while and have gone to various " guru" workshops but have always been left feeling alone and confused. I am willing to partner on deals, wholesale and even bird dog to get myself going cash-wise and investment-wise. For now I have a full time job and REI would be part time but my ultimate intention is to get that switched around in the short term. I have a quick business mind, just need lots of advise and support. I think coming to the community will help me. If you are in my general area and are looking for a newbie to work with or are in some other part if the country looking to so business here, I am open for discussions.
