Elton John always have and always will. His music transcends time; real music has a way of doing that. He is the last of the true male DIVAS.

Easy rock, jazz and I can be a bluesy kinda girl too

Carpet is good for the bedroom especially when you have more company than beds & couches or when you can't make it to the bed/couch.

We have newly acquired side by side reo duplex surrounded by (kinda like a court yard) 4 duplexes of the exact same all owned by a different long term owner. His are all oops painted ugly dark turquoise which can never be rematched even if I lost my mind and decided to. If I repaint mine the buildings will not look cohesive and mine will look out of place. Please recommend a solution. Thanks

This would be priceless. Please provide a resource to place member documents categorized and alphabetized to be retrieved by members at will. I can't relocate the thread that contained a detailed property check list a member uses before he puts in an offer.

Lifestyle please such negativity for no reason. Who is "making" you read Primo's posts?!? I as a newbie LOVE the resurrected posts and all the different points of views- who wants to think in a box?. The information is not just for the person starting the thread but for ALL who are interested. I am thankful for finding this today because it was exactly what I needed as all things happen for a reason and we still have the 1st Amendment thankfully.

As a receptionist for a RE Investment firm I saw all the loan officers and Re agents wearing the best suits driving the best cars and always networking, doing lunch, putting together deals and seemingly happy with never being in the office. I was stuck in the office doing all of their calling escrow companies, title companies, typing their listings for the MLS and getting not even close to the happiness and "stuff" they had...I said hey what's wrong with this picture?!?!? I'm just as smart, driven, deal negotiating as they are and then I set out to put my money where my mouth is.

Got to make it happen

Not sure of what your situation is and what you wish to do. I just started my Inc. not a shelf corp and they already wanted to give me an Equipment financing loan- My personal credit is good but not great (low 700). They will still look at your personal credit history though you are applying for corp credit. The difference is the trade line goes on your corp credit instead of your personal credit. No matter how old the corp they will need to peak at your personal credit and you will need guarantor unless the corp generates $1 million or more/year. This is what I was told by the bank and service I used to start my Inc. Go on line and let the pros do it right for you and they will even provide legal advice. This is what I did for less than $200.00 less than 1 month ago and I very satisfied as this was my first step before my REI purchase which is next in line.

Got to make it happen

Look on the internet for companies that will set the entire thing up for you for less than $200.00. Yes you can do it yourself with research but let the pros do it and you know that it is right. The one I used will even provide legal advice for a year with extra money.
Good luck

Bad credit usually comes from "bad money management" which is why companies often do not hire people with such. One must ask if you can not manage and handle your own personal credit and finances how is it possible you will suddenly change your bad habits and handle OPM better?!? I agree with MikeOH first step in changing your future is to come to terms with your past and clean up your credit to start out with the right energy, mind set and financial skills so that when you solicit OPM you appear on top of your game and they want to play on your team.

After all you guys are always saying treat RE as if it is a business what company stays open long with bad credit look at Bear Sterns....oooow
