Hello, I've compiled 30 numbers for mortgage lenders in my area in an attempt to get pre approval for financing. Wanted to ask the forum what I should bring up in my conversation to help my chances?

I just graduated college but I have a good paying job and $8,000 in reserve. I would be hoping to use the financing to purchase my first investment property

Hello everybody. Anyone know where I can find a SFH model template. I am curious on how to build one on excel. Or better yet you could just leave your opinion on whether you think its necessary to have one?

Thank you

Post: Fresh out of college and $7,00 saved up. Where you start in Real Estate?

Hey I'm currently working and from relocation bonus, graduation money, internship saving etc. I have saved up $7,000 for my real estate investing goal.

I already have a make up of the path I'm going to take to enter into Real Estate, but I am curious on what path people would choose (have chosen) if you were in my shoes. How far would $7000 take you?

Will give me perspective on what I still have left to achieve.

Thanks!

Post: Do I really have to look at 100 properties?

Investors have told me that the best way to get to know a market is to look at least 100 properties in the area. But this seems a little broad. Does looking at 100 properties mean walking around your market and take note of 100? Or does it mean to research 100 properties?

Hope the question made sense
