@Jason A. Where can I find details for owner occupied funding?  I have a 12 month land contract deal that I'm looking for a portion of my down payment required for the land contract. Home is in the state of WI. Exit strategy - Refinance to pay off land contract and down payment loan. 

Is this a short term loan your company would consider?
